Delhi, N.Y. – O’Connor Hospital and Friends of Bassett have successfully raised $750,000 to purchase a state-of-the-art computerized tomography (CT) scanner and complete necessary upgrades to the hospital’s CT scanner suite for this new technology.
The CT scanner is a necessary tool for diagnosing disease and planning medical procedures. Without it and other healthcare services provided by O’Connor Hospital, those in the Delhi community would have to travel long distances to receive medical attention.
Donors who contributed to the fundraising campaign will gather with Bassett Healthcare Network and O’Connor Hospital leaders and staff members to celebrate this accomplishment and tour the new CT scanner and its suite.
