Installation Policy during COVID-19

DTC is working diligently to fulfill scheduled appointments and installations. We are taking precautions for the health and safety of our customers and DTC employees by screening customers prior to appointments. We will be asking the following questions regarding the health and wellness of those within the home:
- Have you or someone in the home traveled outside of the country in the last 14 days?
- Have you or someone in the home experienced fever, cough or shortness of breath in the last 14 days? If yes, have you seen a doctor and was the diagnosis considered contagious?
- Have you had contact with someone who was sick with a fever, cough and/or shortness of breath? If yes, how recent was the contact?
- Has anyone in the household recently traveled outside of Delaware County? Have you/they observed the suggested 14 day self-quarantine?
If a customer, or anyone in the home, is unable to pass any of the screening questions above, DTC will reschedule the appointment at our earliest convenience. We understand the frustration and inconvenience this may cause. We are working diligently to fulfill customer requests while protecting both our customers and our employees. DTC will re-evaluate this process as needed and this policy is subject to change.
