Yes, DTC will reverse your payment if the transaction is returned by your bank for any reason. DTC will charge your account a fee of $7.00 per returned transaction, plus applicable charges incurred from the bank.

Yes, you will need to log in each month in order to pay my bill online.

Yes, initially you will continue to receive a paper bill.

Yes! If you enroll in our ebill program, we will not send paper statements to your address. You can view statements in your account online.

Your bill will be available online at the same time you receive your paper statement in the mail.

Usually, by the next business day, your account will be updated with your payment  Please wait 24 hours before contacting us if your balance does not change to reflect your payment.
