What is it?

A Wire Care Plan with DTC essentially serves as insurance for your residential or business voice service and covers the wiring and jacks in your home or business.
For a small monthly fee you could save time, money and hassle if you experience service problems and require repairs.
Includes
Diagnosis, repair, and/or replacement to existing voice wiring jacks inside your home or business. The plan provides both the labor and materials necessary to perform the repairs.
Inside wiring is defined as the wire that runs from the NID (Network Interface Device) to the voice jacks.
