If you are dissatisfied with our service please contact DTC and ask to speak to a supervisor or manager. You can reach DTC by calling 607-746-1500. If DTC fails to satisfactorily resolve a service or billing complaint within a reasonable period of time, customers may refer their problem to New York State Department of Public Service.
