To enroll you must complete the registration form below. You will need a copy of your monthly DTC invoice. All information below must pertain to the DTC account holder's name. Please enter your name exactly as it appears on your paper statement.

Once you have completed the registration form you will receive an email confirmation. You will also receive a written confirmation by mail.

We strongly suggest that you choose a password that contains atleast 8 to 16 characters. The password should include upper and lower case letters and atleast one number. Please, no symbols.

Your Account Number is 10 digits and is located in the upper right hand side of your monthly DTC invoice.
