A Username and Password needs to be set up with our Business Office.  Please call the Business Office at 607-746-1500 or 888-898-8006 during regular business hours.  Once you are registered you may download the eBill Enrollment Form or one can be mailed to you.

eBill Terms and Conditions

You must read and accept the following Terms and Conditions in order to register for eBill.

If upon review of these Terms and Conditions, you decide that you want to continue to receive the monthly paper billing statement through the U.S. Mail, please do not enroll in Delhi Telephone Company eBill.

Delhi Telephone Company eBill allows you to stop receiving paper-billing statements and to view and pay your Delhi Telephone Company bill online. This paperless billing option is available only to customers who have registered for Delhi Telephone Company eBill. By using the eBill service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, Delhi Telephone Company is unable to provide the eBill service to you.

Your continued use of this service thereafter represents an ongoing acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. Violation of these usage conditions may terminate your participation in the eBill service.

1. NOTICES AND INFORMATION ACCURACY

Delhi Telephone Company will use its best efforts to present all of your electronic bills promptly. Delhi Telephone Company will send email notification to the email address registered on your account. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that this information is accurate. In the event you do not receive notification, it is your responsibility to sign in and check on the delivery of new electronic bills.

It is your responsibility to update your email address by notifying Delhi Telephone Company immediately if your email address changes. You understand that if emails are returned as undeliverable, Delhi Telephone Company reserves the right to return your billing to paper statements. You may re-enroll at any time after correcting any email address errors.

Delhi Telephone Company periodically includes notices in its monthly billing statements, including, but not limited to, notices that are required by law or a regulatory agency regarding changes in your service. By selecting the paperless bill option, you understand and agree that those notices will be available to you only online, and can be found in your online bill under the section titled “View/Pay Bill.”
You agree to provide true and accurate information as requested in our account setup forms. You also agree not to misrepresent your identity.

2. PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THE BILL DATE AND THE PAYMENT DUE DATE IS THE SAME ONLINE AS WHEN YOU RECEIVE A PAPER STATEMENT. Your obligation to pay your Delhi Telephone Company bill by the due date is not altered or modified in any way by stopping your paper bill. Applicable late payment fees apply, and late payment notices will be sent through U.S. Mail.  Payments made via the website will usually be reflected on your account by the next business day.  Please wait 24 hours before contacting us if your balance does not change to reflect your payment. Applicable fees will be assessed against your account for any payment returned by your bank due to insufficient funds.

If your account has a past due balance, you will still receive the electronic bill as well as a paper disconnect notice.

You are responsible for ensuring timely payment of all bills. Electronic copies of your bills are available on line by logging into your account at view/pay bill.

Any questions regarding charges on your bill should be directed to customer service at 607-746-1500.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

These terms and conditions do not supersede, modify or in any way mitigate your obligation to be bound by and comply with all applicable tariffs, rules or regulations related to your service. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO DELHI TELEPHONE COMPANY EBILL, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OR ACCURACY. WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY WITH RESPECT TO ANY USE OF DELHI TELEPHONE COMPANY EBILL. DELHI TELEPHONE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR THE LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE, OR DATA, WHICH ARISE FROM, OR IS RELATED TO DELHI TELEPHONE COMPANY EBILL OR ANYTHING RELATED TO ONLINE BILLING BY DELHI TELEPHONE COMPANY. IN ADDITION, YOU INDEMNIFY AND HOLD DELHI TELEPHONE COMPANY HARMLESS FROM ANY ACTIONS, CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF DELHI TELEPHONE COMPANY EBILL.

You agree that Delhi Telephone Company will not be liable to you or any third party for any revision or discontinuation of the eBill service. Delhi Telephone Company makes no warranty that the eBill service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the information obtained from use of the service will be accurate. Furthermore, Delhi Telephone Company does not warrant that errors in the technology will be corrected.

4. DISCONTINUING SERVICE

You may discontinue the eBill service at any time. If your eBill account is canceled or discontinued, you will receive a paper bill via U.S. mail on your next scheduled bill date, which will occur within the next 45 days. Please make sure to pay your final eBill paperless bill on the due date. You can check your current account balance at www.delhitel.com. Delhi Telephone Company reserves the right to terminate access to any account(s) viewed in the eBill service at any time. Delhi Telephone Company also reserves the right to change any terms or conditions of the eBill service at any time.

This Agreement shall be construed under the laws of the state in which you receive your service.
