What is Auto-pay? Auto-pay is a service that allows you to pay your Delhi Telephone Company bill on a recurring basis via direct debit from your savings or checking bank account or by credit card.
Who can sign up for Auto-pay? All Delhi Telephone Company customers are eligible to use Auto-pay! All you need is an active checking or savings bank account or credit card.
How does Auto-pay work? Delhi Telephone Company establishes a secure electronic funds transfer relationship with your bank, whereby the appropriate amount due is deducted from your bank or charged to your credit card and credited to your Delhi Telephone Company account. The transaction will take place approaximately five business days prior to the due date. You will continue to receive a monthly statement that reflects the payment to be automatically withdrawn from your account.
How can I sign up for Auto-Pay? You can download, print and return an Auto-pay enrollment form by clinking on the link below. You may then deliver the form to our business office and we will do the rest. You can also get an enrollment form from our business office.
